If you run out of AI replies, the assistant stops replying for the rest of the month. Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. Your chat widget stays on your site, visitors can still send messages, every message is saved, and your team can still reply by hand — team replies never count against your allowance. The visitor is told someone from your team will pick it up, so watch your inbox. Upgrade any time and the new allowance applies immediately.

About the plans.

Is the free live chat actually unlimited?

Yes. On every plan, including Free, there is no cap on how many visitors your team talks to or how many messages your team sends. What the plan limits is how much the AI does.

What counts as an AI reply?

Every reply your AI assistant generates. Replies your own team types in live chat are never counted against your plan.

What is the Vokeva badge, and can I remove it?

A small "Powered by Vokeva" line on the chat widget. It shows on Free, Starter and Growth. Removing it is an add-on at $19 a month on any plan, and it is included on Scale.

What happens if I run out of AI replies?

The assistant stops replying until your allowance resets next month. Nothing breaks: the widget stays on your site, visitors' messages are saved, and your team can still reply by hand. Your own team's live chat is never charged and never stops.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any time. Allowances reset monthly.
